1-I had a debit balance of Rs.2050/- against which my scripts were sold without intimating me,though i had a holding of more that lac of rupee wth the same company.I had suffered loss because of this.
2-No specific R.M. is attached to me has told to me at the time of opening an account.
3-I had called more than 20 times on 0522-4001113 and other numbers of indaibulls on 3oct.06 to sell my scripts but the responce was same,nobody answered the call and market came down and i had to suffer huge loss.
4-Staff of the company is not educated enough to handle the portfolio.
5-I had been made false commitment regarding payment of money by the sales manager(Sujat Ali).
|Solution of your complaint||I want my loss to be paid by the company.
If they want to continue with my account i want an written apology from the company.
I want all the commitments to be fulfilled by the S.M. asap.
A dedicated R.M. should be attached who should have enough knowledge to handle the portfolio. |
|Action||If corrective measures are not taken in this regards ASAP then i am going to file a legal suit against Indiaulls securities Ltd.
Further to this ill shift my account to some other company. |
