|Product/Service Description|| I bought the NOkia N 70 on 23.04.06 (Serial no:357927008122734) which turned out to be defective and was replaced on 28.09.06. they have again given me a faulty Set (Serial no 359381001916627)|

I bought the nokia N 70 but right from the first day it had some problems .After shuttling between my place and Nokia customer care centre(East Patel Nagar) for 5 months it was finally replaced on 23.09.06.The biggest shock came when they again handed over to me the faulty handset which again had the same problems for which the old one was replaced.I have no doubt that my set was not replaced, it was just fabricated somehow by them to make it look new with the necessary changes made. I am under tremendous pressure as i spent my all saved money buying this expensive handset.
