I had a Tata Indicom Broadband conection post paid
with Account No.ACC000096165 (user id firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to very
poor service , the connection was terminated by me around 25 July , 2006
and the CPE was collected after repeated attempts on August 12th, 2006.
Now since then I have contacted all the people by e mail as well as the
customer service centre to get my security deposit of Rs1000.00 back. But
there is no indication as to when this will come. My last e mail dated
Sept 5 has not been acknowledged by any one of the above gentlemen whose
names have been given above.
Although consumer are expected to pay bills on
time , refund of a paltry amount like Rs1000.00 takes for ever. The
customer service is horrible beyond description. E mails do not elicit any
response or generate meaningless replies , calls get attended after being
put on hold for 10-12 minutes on an average and the junior call centre
employee taking calls cannot provide any redressal at all. SHANTAU DUTTA
