i have a coustmer of nokia . i have purchased a new mobile to universal cell phone on 27th sep 2006. when i on my mobile i see te disply is not on my mobile model no nokia 6630 imideatly i cae to deler and says it is not working. hte nokia sales officer mr mukesh is there only he says don worry sir we willreplase the set of mobile in 1hr and you can collect yor brand new set in 1hr only but you give me all the documents and i will action it.
but today is the 11day but there is no action on that subject. when i go to delar he says the model no 6630 is not avalable but if i go to directly the set is available in choudhary agencesthat si the hole saller of nokia in gurgaon.
