I purchased a prepaid card of Airtel, Mohali in Feb,2005. In Jan,2006 i purchased a scheme under which you can go for 2 Years without recharging at Rs2008 till Jan,2008. The same day airtel blocked my customer care services at 121 and 9815098150. Now was that because of i became a permanent customer of airtel for next 2 years. After 10 months now i am still without customer care services after interacting several times with customer care agents at 121 with Mr. Sourav Nahar and Ms Sonia.
