I purchased a prepaid card of Airtel, Mohali in Feb,2005. In Jan,2006 i purchased a scheme under which you can go for 2 Years without recharging at Rs2008 till Jan,2008. The same day airtel blocked my customer care services at 121 and 9815098150. Now was that because of i became a permanent customer of airtel for next 2 years. After 10 months now i am still without customer care services after interacting several times with customer care agents at 121 with Mr. Sourav Nahar and Ms Sonia. 

Solution of your complaintSolution is simple if my customer care services are activated immediately. 
ActionBeing a customer of Airtel for the last 4 years, it will loose his customer.
