I purchased 2 airtel connection under my name on which I paid Rs2000 for the plan in which they were providing a facility of 2 years incoming free. Also I was told that if I would pay Rs 25 extra for a month, my outgoing to a specific number (for Hutch) would be Rs0.30 per minute. My usage to that specific number was high, thinking it would be charged @ Rs 0.30 per minute but when I got the bill in my hand, I came to know that I was charged @ Rs 1 per min.

For making the payment, I went to the customer care office in Dwaka and spoke to him (rajesh). He told me that for some reason, it dint get active as it was showing "failure" on his system. That time he gave me a discount for Rs 300 stating that this service ( Local CVG)would get activate with in next 24- 72 hrs from that time. That was the month of Aug. Then again, i stated calling on that number thinking it would be Rs 0.30 per minute, but when the bill was generated, i came to know that again this month I was charged @ Rs 1 per minute.

I went to customer care of Dwarka again and told that guy RAJESH that this time I would not make the payment for sure. He told me that something is wrong in the system because of which i was facing this problem. This time he gave me a dicount of Rs 700 stating that this service would get active within 24 - 72 hrs. I even confirmed this with the customer care number (111) for airtel if my service was active( local CVG plan ), because i dint want to face the same trouble again. They confirmed that its been activated. I again started making calls on that number thinking its charged @ Rs0.30 per min.

This time my total unbilled amount shooted up to Rs 2500 as per Rs 1 per minute.
When i went to the customer care office in Dwarka, I came to know that Rajesh has been transferred to some other branch. Later, somebody told me that he has left this job.

Now, I dont know where to go and where to file this complaint. I have not paid them the bill as if now and would not pay it unless they solve my problem.

Solution of your complaintIn my opinion, I think Airtel should take an action against that person as he misleaded his customer for the survice which he can not offer. 
ActionI would consult a lawyer and would take a strict action against Airtel as that person was an Airtel employee.
