Brand new mobile set was defective. The quality of image recorded through its camera was very poor. Even the preview of the immage through the camera was very poor.
The set was given back to Nokia Care shop for repair / replacement on the next working day of the purchase i.e. on 16 Aug 2006, but after about 20 days it was returned and there is no improvement regarding the original problem.
|Solution of your complaint||I have tried my best by writing number of mails to Nokia for an amicable solution but company is not bothered. I have gone through lot of mental stress that has caused effect on my health also. |
