Respected sir,

This is to kindly divert your kind attention towards my problem, sir I Gaurav Aneja had purchased one Tata Indica / Xeta V2, From M/s Vivek Automobile, Dated 04-05-06, carrying registration no. DL4C NA 0554. Sir, at the time of purchase I was charged 45000/- extra for C.N.G. kit, which I had alredy paid besides, basic car price. As C.N.G. kit charges,for which they had told me if I go for fitting from outside market it would be very cheap but, guarantee of my car would be finished, and if I get it installed from them then there would be no problem, and guarantee would be valid. Now sir from very next day of delivery of vehicle, I am suffering huge problem, which is not spoiling completely my car, but is very serious for me and my entire family, as after one or two hiccups automatically car turned off in between of other vehicles, which I hope you can understand is so dangerous for the persons who all are in vehicle at that time.
Sir I had done several verbal conversations with, person named Mr. sunny, working as a manager with Vivek automobiles, Badarpur, New Delhi. sir First time he asked me to send car for whole day, I had sent my car and driver for whole day, but what do they check I donít know, but problem stands there only, after contacting him Mr. Sunny, again and again he had given me clear answer that he is totally busy with sales and promotion of Fiat vehicles in which he is having main interest, and he had suggested me for one very good thing, that I may go and have fight with company situated in Okhla, New Delhi, who had fitted kit in your car, moreover I (Gaurav Aneja) is not aware of the said company as till now I had not got any bill or guarantee card nor handling manual pertaining C.N.G. kit, from them
(Vivek Automobile), and I even donít know the address of company, on asking they simply say go and find in okhla, or leave car with us but for how much time they too donít know. Sir few days ago my father was on his way to check some of his realitive in some hospital in South Delhi with driver and automatically car turned of in between road by which the autorikshaw coming from opposite direction, hit the car leaving back door of left hand side totally damaged, at the same time whole crowd started shouting on my driver as they all was asking for one thing that what was the reason of stopping car in between the road, now please tell me who will pay for this, now this time it was a small accident. What would go to happen if car turned off at any national highway where big huge vehicles are commonly seen at high speed?
Due to this my car which is only six months old looks as if it is 2 years old, as there are certain small dents and rashes due to stopping of car in between of ride, sir once again I request you to please let me know for what reasons I am given so heavy penalty, what is my fault? Whether I havenít paid them satisfactory amount or either they have charged less to me from others for defected piece. Sir I am not so rich that I may park my car in garage and go for purchase of another one, I belong to middle class family and I had no other option but to take myself and my family too on same vehicle, which I hope after reading this all you may understand is so dangerous for all of us.

Sir I request you to please take necessary action against defaulter, please let me know if you want to inspect my vehicle, I will present my vehicle wherever you want to get inspect. Sir there are few days left in DIWALI and I and my family has to for several places to distribute gifts which is impossible for me to do on this vehicle. As day to day condition is becoming a nightmare for me and my family, sir please do needful and ask them to please exchange my vehicle, as after several small accidents body of car seems to be much more older than in reality, and moreover the condition of shockers is worsen due to certain hiccups and engine is also suffered to much, and when I had paid them full amount for the product they had promised to give me, then why I should I suffer.
Please ask to exchange my vehicle, and pay me for mental torture given by them to me and my family due to not working of this vehicle properly.
