Sir,
I am writing this letter out of sheer disappointment of having ever decided to buy a Nokia cell phone. It is pertinent to mention here that I had a great impression about the company which makes tall claims before sale but delivers very little as an after sales service through its retailers especially your retailers in the Kashmir valley who offer hopeless service to its customers.
I had purchased a Nokia cell phone model no: 6131 on 07/08/06 from M/S: Shah Watch Company, Paladium Street, Srinagar,J&K. under invoice no:1383 for Rs:12,200/= only
Within a weeks time the said cell phone developed a technical snag in the camera.
I gave it to the retailer to have it replaced but was disappointed to know that your company offers no exchange policy even on brand new sets that start malfunctioning from day 1 of use.
The retailer promised to have it repaired after repeatedly being told that I would want a replacement. It has been over a month now and nothing concrete is being done either by the retailer or your company and it is but obvious that I have been without a cell phone throughout this period.
The purpose of writing this letter is a last bit of effort to salvage the situation and get my money’s worth before I decide to publish this letter in the national dailies and approach the consumer court.
Hoping that you will seriously look into the matter and do the needful of replacing my old set with a new one.
Also the retailers who are chosen to sell your products should be screened so that they offer better after sales service thus validating what NOKIA promises and stands for.

Solution of your complainti think my cell phone should be replaced without any further delay. 
Actionas mentioned in my letter i will go the consumer court ....and to the press about how you let people with no integrity and honesty and people with no value for the customers to sell your products just to maximise your profits..........it is the companys duty to have genuine retailers sell their products and to make sure that their customers are not fooled.....
