With hardly 20 days of usage, APC UPS which costed Rs.10,350/- started showing signs of bad battery and worst back up time. Online support and phone supports were used more than 15 times from 6th October 2006 until today 13th October 2006 which completes around 180 hours of waiting for a tech support person to come and replace my product. Until now nobody has bothered to check whats the genuine complaint nor the company has sent anyone to inspect the situation. Its a false promise each day over the phone and online, but me being the customer gets royally cheated as days pass.
