I am appalled by the fact that you have chosen to disconnect the number - 0124-4086268.
We have been with Airtel for the last 3 years - and have regularly been paying your bills in time. Last month bill was lost and could not be paid - we did not even receive any calls as reminder for payment. Anyways, the same has since been dropped in the drop box.
However, I am frustrated by the attitude of Airtel. Do you understand the meaning of "customer value" - a customer who has been paying a regular bill of nearly 15000/-per month for the last 2-3 years on telephone and internet services - and is a member of your supposidly Royal Club(0124-4085268) . This Royal Club is a farce and your guys have no understanding of customer services and would suggest your close shop and start a baniya dukan where everything is given only on payment.
I can aausre you taht our company will shortly require more than 30 telephone connection with a requirement of lease line as well - however, Airtel will be the last provider we would like to go to for such a services.
I want the number activated ASAP.
