We got new equiptment last year and had to pay $200-300, the equiptment didnt work half of the time and we call all the time, and then found out that the equipt was test equipt,and out dated after 3 months and we were to pay another $200-300 for the newest equiptment that once again doesnt work all the time. They dont offer refunds or credits in this short amount of time. But if your late on a bill you will be charged interest, Why am I not getting a credit on Faulty equiptment? Why does the cusomer suffer? Arent this companies suppose to offer cusomer satisfaction?
