I have purchased a new Tata Indica Zeta (MH 02 AQ 338) through Hans Motors in Feb, 2006.However, the car is giving trouble from day one. I am listing the problems below.

1-Petrol Tank does not open ./ close easily.
2-Squeaking sound from the front of the car
3- Rear tyre making flapping sound
4- Bumpy ride not smooth
5-Clutch pedal seems loose.

I had taken the car for the first free servicing day before at your workshop in the lane of Ajit Glass Fatory and have been attended to by your advisor Mr Hassan Ali.

He mentioned that the asqueaking sound was ue to the seats.Even as a layman I could make out that this was a noise not emitted by the seats however he has removed the seats.Today on phone he has informed that the squeaking was due to some cable.

I wonder how he did not make it out at the firrst instance.

It has been 2 days since my new ar is in your workshop and Mr Hassan states that it will take a day more as there are many problemns to be fixed.

He has also charged us Rs 1200/- towards engine oil filtering and says that incase of all the 4 free servicings we would need to pay this sum for the filtering.

I would like to know as to why should a new car have so many problems???

Also, does the engine oil need to be filtered so soon.

Does the car engine and surface require the coatings as suggested by Mr Hassan Ali for Rs 3500.

I feel cheated as a customer that my new car has so many problems and would be definitely satisfied if this car would be replaced by a new car sans any problems.

Solution of your complaintReplace the car with a new car ofcourse as a new car should not have any problems !!!!! Feels like I am driving a second hand car.
