I am prepaid user of Airtel on 2/11/2006 taking the help of customer care I have actived there service named Mobile Office on my cell as per the instruction given by them. With in an hour it was actived by None of the Exective can help me for the Mannual setting of my hand set Motorola C168 & Rs15/- was charged which was buring my blood I had made near about 12 calls to Customer care on 121 139 by use to tell to take on 121 139 but all the call i have made on same i.e 121 139 latter none of my call was attented .
What can i do? Pl. Help me

Over all reason for angry is not giving me proper support & my number was not attended on Customer Care if they have any promble it could be for hours not in days 

Solution of your complaintI what that Mannual setting on my hand set Motorola c168 of MO & Airtel live and Unnecessary Rs15/- which was charged for there service which I have not got should debit to my account
