I had purchached the TV at the Bandra Kurla complex exibition from the stall rented by M/S Maliaka Appliances Pvt. Ltd. I had booked the order on 15/10/2006. I got the delivery of the TV after a week. The person who delivered the set to me did not know how to adjust the TV he said that a representative from M/S Videocon would visit my place and do the commissioning. I waited for three days but no one turned up. I then rang up the videocan office and registered a complain, the complain number given to me was Demo No: MAV 6J 30214, with the assurance that a tech would attend to me the next. Its now more than a week but I am still awaiting the representative from Videocon to come and do the demo. I would also like to add that at the exibition we were given scratch cards. The card which I got entitled me to extended warranty for one year, when the TV was brought to my house the warranty card was not stamped by the dealer. When I called the dealer to address this problem he said that I would have to visit his show room, which is quite a distance from my place

Videocon being one of the leaders in consumer electronics if you do not recognise the basic neccessities of consumer care may be directly or indirectly leaving the customer to the method which I have to resort consuming my time which I would have devoted to my family, I feel is very disheartening .
