I, Debasish Sen bought a NOKIA 5500 sport on the 14th of september. But, on the 25th of october
(i dont remember the date, but you will get the date
@ the NOKIA Care , HCL INFINET LTD. 37 shakespear Sarani, kolkata-700017),
the phone stopped showing any network. I went to the NOKIA Care Centre (mentioned above).
They returned the phone on 31st november. It showed network then. But , on the 3rd of November,
it again stopped showing any network. I went to them immediately. They recieved it. & gave it back
on the 4th. It showed network again. But, on the 7th of november, it again stopped network.
But before i can go to their centre, it showed network again in 2 hours. NOw, this is getting unbearable.
I want a replacement of the phone. I paid so much money for a costly phone & i have to go to
the care centre for 3-4 times. THIS IS SIMPLY NOT FAIR. This phone is new in market. If i start
distributing leaflets saying that this phone has these problems, then just think wat will happen!!
Although , i think this is not the right time to do that. So, plz take a note on my problem.
& i want a replacement. PLz, send me a reply as soon as possible.
