Dear Sir,

This is Hemant Jain, Chartered Accountant by Profession, I started my Career with Tata Indica Car, I was among those lucky First 10,000 Customers, who were allotted this Car out of among 1,40,000 applications received by Tata Motors. This car was delivered to me in the year 1999. I drive this car for 1,00,000 Kilometers and I must have recommended this car to almost every person I met. As this car was giving the average of 22 KMS/per/litre of Diesel, when Diesel was only Rs. 16/- per litre. In short I want to say that I was Happy with this Car. In March, 2004 I bought Indigo LX version. In the same year I recommended Tata 407 for my family business and they bought Tata 407, In March, 2005 I bought Tata Indigo Marina LX version.

In short I want to say that I am a great fan of Tata Motors/Cars(But not any more). Recently I was about to buy Tata Safari, Dicor. (Since, I am a Chartared Accountants, I need to buy a car every year, to claim depreciation). At the same time, my Tata Indigo Marina, Regn. No. MH04CD7304, Chassis No. 603154buzp15288, Job Card No. JC-OMSAI-KA-0607-008594 DATED 7/11/2006 went for service to Om Sai Motors, Kandivali (West), Mumbai, Phone No. 28663737,Service Centre No. 28672565 (from where I bought this car). There was some suspension work (which Tata Cars are famous for) , I told them that I am into extended warranty period, kindly get it replaced. Which they refused to do and gave me the quotation of approx. Rs. 20,000/-. They refused my extended warranty claim for petty reasons. I refused to pay them and they did not carry out the work, I am running this car with too much of uncomfort and lot of noise. We are now thinking of buying Toyoto Innova than Tata Safari.

Solution of your complaintTHEY SHOULD CARRY OUT SUSPENSION WORK AT FREE OF COST AS I AM UNDER EXTENDED WARRANTY PERIOD AND I PAID EXTRA TO GET EXTENDED WARRANTY 
ActionI WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT
