I HAVE BOUGHT THE PULSAR BIKE ON THE ABOVE GIVEN DATE.. IT IS UNDER WARRANTY AND HAS DEVELOPED A TECHNICAL SNAG I.E IT HAS STARTED GIVING SMOKE & CONSUMES ENGILE OIL, AFTER INSPECTION AT THE DEWAN AUTO (F-1/1 MAHAVIR ENCLAVE DABRI-PALAM ROAD NEW DELHI-110045 TELEPHONE NO. 91-11-25038316-21) WE WERE INFORMED THERE IS A NEED TO CHANGE THE CYLINDER & PISTON IN THE ENGINE.. TO MY UTTER SURPRISE THEY ARE NOT HONOURING THE WARRANTY ON THE PRETEXT THAT WE DONT HAVE ALL THE BILLS OF THE SERVICES..ALTHOUGH I HAVE GOT ALL THE SERVICES DONE FROM THE SAME DEALER OR SOME OTHER AUTHORISED DEALER ONLY, HOWEVER 2, 3 BILLS HAVE BEEN MISPLACED..BUT LAST FIVE BILLS ARE AVAILBLE WITH US FROM THE SAME DEALER, WHICH SHOUD BE SUFFICIENT ENOGH TO PROVE THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY LAXITY ON OUR PART WHICH HAS LED TO THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE PURCHASED THE BIKE FROM THE SAME DEALER GOT ALMOST ALL THE SERVICES DONE ON TIME & FROM THIS DEALER ONLY.. THEN ALSO
I M BEING MADE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY UNJUST AND WRONG. I AM REALLY VERY UPSET WITH ALL THIS AND WOULD FEEL HIGHLY OBLIZED IF I CAN GET THE JUSTICE THROUGH YOU. THIS WOULD NOT ONLY HELP ME BUT WOULD TEACH A LESSON TO ALL THE DEALERS AND WOULD MAKE THEM NOT TO EXPLOIT THE CONSUMERS.  

Solution of your complaintI THINK THE DEALER SHOULD HONOUR THE WARRANTY AND DO THE REPAIRS WITHOUT ANY CHARGE. ALSO THERE SHOULD BE A STERN WARNING ISSUED TO AVOID SUCH HARASSMENT.  
ActionI WOULD GO TO THE COURT IF NOTHING HAPPENS AND WOULD TAKE THE HELP OF MEDIA.
