Dear Custome Service.
First i have to congradulate you on your Horrible Customer Satisfaction ratings you have in this country.( You are hereby titled "Bihar of the Business World" ).
You engineer sells us Broadband Connection when our area doesnt have that faciltiy and neither does our CDMA telehpone.
No one has called back regarding the conenction and even enquired about facilitating this setup.Till date no response from your officers.No response from the person who sold us this connection.
No Response for the emails Sent.
What the hell are you doing ?
Where is the Service Level Agreement ?
Why are you not refunding the money ?
Why are you using our money in your profit listing ?

The main drawback in India is this "Chaltha Hai" Attitute.No one is accountable.Thats why all these corporates are hand in glove with the thieves and politicians and have no sense of Customer Service. |
