I have a NOKIA mobile, MODEL 6255R, purchased in Navi Mumbai, India. I purchased it in NOVEMBER 2005 and it is still under WARRANTY PERIOD. Since Reliance Industries is having a tie-up with NOKIA for CDMA Service, we had a very good faith on NOKIA and purchased it.
Now suddenly my mobile phone stopped charging, where as Battary is in good condition. When I took in to nearest SERVICE CENTRE, AT 3-SHUBHAM PALACE, SECTOR-15, KOPARKHAIRANE, NAVIMUMBAI, INDIA- without checkning properly they straight away told that there is a software problem and please take it in to LOWER PAREL, MUMBAI head division, where they can repair it and they stated that it will take minimum of 1 month to repair it, they straight away regreted to replace a piece until repair work.
Then I took it in to another SERVICE STATION at VASHI, SECTOR-17, NAVIMUMBAI, INDIA. They told these is water gone inside hence they will charge Rs,250/- for repair it. I got surprised, I never touched water to my mobile, how can water go in to my mobile?. Even I requested him to do the repair as I am still in warranty period, he straight away refused to do it. They he regreted to replace a piece until repair. Finally I agreed to pay Rs.250/- but till today he is not able to repair it.

Now I am really looking farward know any helping hand from NOKIA. I understand NOKIA will never trouble their customers. I want to experience this. Please help.
