This is Riyaz Ahmed Shaik from Bangalore, I take Airtel prepaid connection from my friend on 26/sep/2006 and my mobile no is +919845572655. And my problem is
I activated hello tune in my mobile on 08/Oct/2006, and they charged rupees 30 for monthly rental and rupees 15 for activation. And my hello tune works only 5 days (it works upto 13/oct/2006) after that it will be deactivated automatically. After that i called to Airtel customer care and i told them about my problem. They told call after 24 hours. I called them daily and they are telling the same words "call after 24 hours". After 5 days means 18/oct/2006 they told you only deactivated your hello tune dailing of number *106#. But i cant dail the option and also i dont know the option also. And my problem will not be solved i leaved that matter.
And again they deducted my amount rupees 30 in my account for monthly rental on 08/Nov/2006. But my caller tune is deactivated. Again i gave my complaint to airtel customer care on 08/nov/2006 and they told call after 24 hours. I called again on 10/Nov/2006 and ask about my problem they told you cant give any complaint on 08/Nov/2006 and i ask why you deduct rupees 30 in my account. they told its your hello tune rental for this month. I told previous month only it will be deactivated. They told it will not deactivated on previous and it will working properly and you deactivated your hello tune in this month.
I told its not worked previous month and its deactivated on previous month. They told leave it for that month and you deactivated in this month only.
If i ask any more queries they cut off the call.
What i do, To whome i complaint for my problem?
