First the order was placed Oct. 9th. I was told it would arrive in 10-14 business days. It was a gift for my wifes birthday on Oct 29th. It did not arrive until firstweek of November. I called several times. I was told each time that no Supervisor was available. I was told the Supervisors name was Lisa. I emailed several times with no response.
The order was incorrect so we returned one item.
Their company and online banking is unsafe. We provided them with our credit card and on Nov 10th we had over $2,000 in charges from that account made. The stolen card number had to have been from this transaction because we have not used this credit card since August.
