I was holding (now no more vaild) a credit card with ICICI bank (Bangalore).
I have been dropping my payment cheques regularly to their ATM drop box (opposite raheja arcade, kormangla, bangalore).
But they do not encash these cheques and keep on adding undue fines/interest charges to my statement.

I have talked to their phone banking officer a couple of times and informed the same, but there is no resolution.

I am dropping a final cheque (including all my pending payments) today - (it does not include late payment fee etc as it is not a mistake from my side).

Solution of your complaint Can you help me in getting the issues resolved. I do not want to pay any undue late payment, interest charges (as of now they are already asking me for more than 10,000 INR). 
Action I am totally blind on as to what to do.
