I have purchased nokia 3230 on 16th Aug 2006 from Devendra Telecom, jayanagar, Bangalore. On 8th November just before 3 months of purchase it stopped working. It was given to Nokia care at jayanagar, Bangalore for repair with specific instruction, that if it was major problem, let them recommend for replacement. The mobile was made working within 1 day but the key pads stopped working. Now once again the mobile has been taken for repair by nokia care and once asked for procedure for taking replacement, they tell that if the mobile can be rapired it will not be replaced.
Also they tell that this time they have to send it to their head office. If such is the problem, now i feel there is no meaning in having a low quality device which malfunctioned within 3 months of pruchase.
Can someone help me, how to claim the replacement.
