Hi,this is Avinesh Subkewal,A PREPAID SIM OWNER of AIRTEL. I recharged my sim on 15.11.2006 wid a voucher of Rs.200 in which i got the available calling value(appx.Rs.46),Bt its strange to know that there is no outgoing and Incoming call facility on my cell No.9831615045.Even after complaining thrice the customer care executives are on their same note of waiting for 24hrs.It is becoming a regular habit of the company creating this sort of inconvinience for me in past 3months.Last week SMS facility was barred out and this tine its the call.Regular disturbance in recharges and call facilities are creating trouble for me. 

Solution of your complaintCompany should INCREASE the no.of days of my recharged voucher validity i.e the no of days of validity should be counted from the date error is rectified with assurance of no occurence of such inconvinience in future. 
Actionif my plea is turned down on deaf years i have no option except leaving my connection and shifting to another telecom service.
