Today I bought six samosas from Spencers Retail Limited, karvenager and came home.I gave these samosas to my daughter & mother.While my daughter finished one & took another I noticed that it was smelling very bad .So I looked it carefully & found that there was white fungus in that samosa & the stuff inside it was sticky. But till that time my daughter finished one. Then I went to the shop again & showed them all that stuff. But no body was ready to attend me. After I started shouting at them ,they said that it was not their mistake & they will talk to their supplier.Though I insist that I want to talk with the person in charge there, nobody came to talk with me. Then I gave my cell no. to them & asked them to give it to their head & asked him to call me within 1/2 hr. But I think they dont care about their customers & such a bad service ,so they didnt even call me to apologize. Its really a shameless behavior from such a reputed firm as they even cant say "sorry" to their customer. If they are not even careful abot giving fresh & hygienic food stuff then anyone can imagine what type of other services they are providing to their customers.
Solution of your complaint
As right now I am very much disturbed coz I am very much worried about my daughters health as she has eaten that samosa ,I could think about any solution. But I want that they should pay for it as it can create problems for health of a person. Can anybody help me in this matter?
