Respected sir
i have my bsnl mobile 9412068090 connection
bsnl gives 15 days grace period to recharge vouchers
and i m not having benefit of grace period for last one year
i informed them at customer care and local bsnl office(in written)several times to solve my problem.
but till now they did not take any action

so plz help if any idea to solve this problem
