I have purchased SANSUI Colour TV.Model 21 Hard Rock on 21-10-2004.Within two years TV has got the problem of Not working.I have contacted the service station through my dealer.The Sansui service person attended the complaint on 20-10-2004 & given me the repair bill of Rs.1337=00.The Job order number is JWJ2001.The service person told us that if we want defective parts we have to pay 20% more.We have handed over defective parts to him.
Within 10 days time the problem reoccured.The service person visited again on 10-11-06 and in
formed us that the same part is not working & we have to pay again.When we resisted he has gone with the defective part along with the service part to company promising to return within 4 days.Till date we have not received our circuit board repaired.We spoke to the person who has visited us over his mobile,but he has informed us that our circuit borad is repaired but since he has visited us in absence of other technician from that area he can not visit.He has given us one Cell Number to contact who is not responding.
I am not all satisfied with the Quality & Service of the company.I think SANSUI should collect my TV & send to there R&D centre for study for the same kind of repeatative problem.I am ready to gift them free of cost so that future customer will not be affected.
I have visited SANSUI-INDIA website to register my complaint & to my surprprise Only Customer Care section page is not displayed.There are no E-mail ID either on brochure,bill or Web site where the customer can lodge the complaint.This shows the companies attitude towards customer care.I am surprised with this as I have bought the TV considering the Japanese companies are well known for there Quality.
I will never buy any of the SANSUI product in future due to such Bad experience.I request you to forward this E-mail to the company CEO if you know his E-mail ID OR give me the same.
