i bought a new nokia 6630 phone on February 16, 2006. with in warranty period it started giving problem regarding network. i submitted it for repair to authorized service center. i submitted it on 13-08-2006 to HCL infinet ltd. (g-5 (ii) district commercial centre, Janakpuri, delhi-58. job sheet no-1400087485. they took about a month to repair it. after i got it back with out repairing nokia care personal are unable to repair to my cell phone, each time they are giving a excuse. on 5-9-2006 they are telling we could not repair this phone you take your phone and repair to outside. i called 30303838 and mail to nokia care center on sep 2006 as per nokia mail (we request you to kindly submit your mobile phone at your nearest nokia care centre and revert to us with the job sheet details.) from "nokiacare" on fri, 6 oct 2006 07:49:50 +0530 by mr. Praveen kumar i have submitted the phone to then again sushil telecom, shop no-4 sec-2 pkt-4, Rohini Delhi, ph: 9911030306, 20081312 vide job sheet no – 049343506/061005/5 on dated October 5, 2006. i called again nokia care center - 30303838. they called back on 26 October that my phone will be repaired by 27 October has come and gone. service center still says that they do not know when will my phone get repaired. i talked at 30303838 again. they said that they can not do anything else then forwarding my complaint to concerned department. they promised that ill get a call back in 24 hrs. i did not. i was so many time called for my cell phone but no any positive response from the nokia care. on dated 16-11-2006 i received call from nokia care, your phone is ok you take your cell phone. but when i was gated my mobile same problem with my cell phone.
What should i do? Should i buy a new phone as the phone which i bought does not work at all!!!?? Or go to the CONSUMER COURT.
