I purchased the Prepaid landline walky connection with one of your dealer true value shop in vivekanandanagar bangalore, I am given application form, addressproff every details required for connection to the dealre on 4th November 2006, but my activation was disconnected on 9th Nov 2006, due non receipt of documents, when I ask dealer he is telling application was sent to Ho, when I ask with customer care they are replying ask with dealer, but till today it was not activated, there is bad response from customer care, they not even track where the application was i am given one more set of document but till today i am not get the connection. The attitude and rules are worse than government department. I am repent on buying this telephone. track the document, if the service is so lazy, let me know where to drop the documents I will personally come and drop at your footstep, 

Solution of your complaint activate the connection immediatly
