I had purchased a Haier dishwasher in Bangalore, India an year and half back. Two months back the drying cycle stopped working and I had registered a complaint under warranty to get the problem fixed. Despite our repeated reminders and follow-ups, the problem still remains unresolved - with a standard response from the service personnel: "PCB needs to be replaced and the part is not available with us in India".
Even at this point of time, they are not able to commit on any service dates. Once in a while, they keep sending some service engineer, who re-diagnoses the machine and comes with a standard response that PCB needs to be replaced - we will raise an indent but it may take time.
