about a year back when I have been contacted by Standard Chartered bank about the payment of Yearly Charges of my VISA Card, I requested them not to continue the card. Since then I have not used the card.
Suddenly in my October Bill I have seen that the Yearly fees is charged without informing me. I have sent several mail requesting that please discontinue card and reverse the amount. But No response from bank.
I made payment for other charges deducting the Yearly charges for VISA card, but in the bill of this month I have seen the deducted the Yearly Charges first as a result of fact they shows that my load EMI is not paid and they charged a huge interest/charges etc.
Till date I have sent about d dozen mail but no response.
|Solution of your complaint||I want immediate reversakl of the unjustified charges and RBI to intervene the issues so that no other customer face such problem.
|Action||I will just want to severe all relation with STANDARD CHARTERED BANK and advise freinds and Colegues not to use their services at all. |
