Sub.:- Job order no. 964898 dated. 13.11.2006 at Competent Automobiles Co.Ltd. Gazipur
This has reference to the above mentioned subject. I would like to take this opportunity to inform you that I am owning a Maruti Esteem Car which met with an accident. Keeping in mind that it is better to get it repaired by an authorized service ststion of Maruti , I had handed over the car to the Competent Automobiles Co.Ltd. Gazipur for repairs. That was the start of all my worries and utter harassment by the hands of the Employees of Competent. I would like to inform you the sequences of the event for your ready references:
1. I called up Competent Automobiles Co.Ltd. Gazipur several times to find out the amount approved by the surveyor for the repairs but they did not inform me till I went to collect my car i.e. on 21.11.2006
2. On 20.11.2006 I received a call from competent informing me that the car is ready for delivery but the battery is totally dead. They further informed me that either your purchase a new battery from us or you bring another battery.
My request to you is to kindly clarify when deposited the car to you it was perfectly in running condition, what happened in between that the Battery is dead at the time of delivery. I am forced to assume that there is some reasons behind all this. Please Clarify.
3. On 21.11.2006 when I went to take the delivery of the car, it was totally out of order. The repair job done was not at all satisfactory and the battery was total dead. It was started mechanically by pushing the car and inside the engine a lot of water was there due unproper washing. Finally they informed me the car was not available for delivery inspite of our making full payments.
Is it professionalism on your part? You called me for delivery and after wasting my 4 hrs and taking full payments you are informing me that it is not ready. PURE HARASSEMENT NOTHING ELSE.
4. The behaviors of the supervisor Mr.Swaroop and others were very rude to me .They were trying to prove that the customers are always wrong and hell bent to prove that I did a big mistake by going to the Competent to get the repairs.
What I could make our from their behavior that they are the authorized service station of Maruti and now they will dictate the whole world as they want and they are least bothered if any customer is satisfied or not but they are concerned with the money they can extract from the customers.
I want to ask you what about your reputation.
I think you should take disciplinary action against the company immediately and kindly keep me updated .
