I did order a leather jacket online on november 17th 2006. The Item was sent out on november 19th 2006. It was misshipped then reshipped on november 24th 2006. I still have not receiived the jacket. I contacted the Company and told them to just refund my money. I was informed that was not possible because they had no idea where my order was. All I want is my money back. I did talk to a supervisor she was rude and unfriendly. In the meantime i contacted the postal service and they also have no clue what happened to my order. I have tracking number but that does not help.

I just want my account credited for item i did not receive and an apology from that supervisor.
