Delayed Air sahara flight (s2) 126 from Lucknow to Delhi on 15th Nov 2006 caused me untold hardship.
I missed my Air Deccan DN-666 connecting flight Delhi to Mumbai.
I had to pay Air Sahara INR 4000 to get into one of their flight from Delhi to Mumbai.
E-Ticket # 7052401240195.
Worst was not yet over.. Delhi - Mumbai flight also got delayed by 4 hrs and I reached Mumbai at 2 AM.
You can imagine the aggravations I went though.. plus I also got ripped off by Taxis.
|Solution of your complaint||As a courtesy for their screw-up to foreign tourist they should refund US $100 they charged my credit card. |
|Action||I reported the complain to Air Sahara complain # 3569 and they never`responded. I may take this issue with IATA here in US but what do they care.. they told me they do not follow IATA rules and regulations, when I argued for INR 4000 they charged me to get into one of their mumai flights. Help what I do sitting thousand of miles away .. I can even fight them in small claim court. |
