i purchased nokia 6600 on 22-2-2006 from alfa-irla.in just 10 months i gave my phone thrice to the service centre because of various problems one after another.my job nos. are mum-G186654, mum-G194571 & mum0045007.just now i got the phone back from the service centre & again the no.2 key is not functioning properly.going by the brand name i purchased the product & iam totally dissatisfied.
Solution of your complaint
the only solution is that i get a brand new handset & not a swap phone
if the problem is not solved by the co. i will definately go to the consumer court
