I ordered 2 gift cards in the amount of $150.00 on December 14, 2006 customer service said that i would have it in time for christmas. Today I received an e-mail stating they would not be here in time for the holiday! False advertisement on there website stating they would arrive in time for the holidays, I am really upset one of the gift cards is for my nephew who is leaving to go back into the service, what a nice gift that would have made if I received it on time. I will never ever shop with your company again. My husband is a lawyer and can not believe how rude your customer serivce department is. i wanted to cancel my order and have it expedited they told they couldnt do that. After receiving a gift card from Target in no time!!!!!
