The foresaid set was given to Nokia Care Centre,Chunni Ganj,Kanpur, on 9-12-2006 with complaint : a) Hands free mode shown on display , no incoming -outgoing voice.
They returned the set on 11-12-2006 stating : "shortage of parts".
So I gave the set for repair to Nokia Care Centre,Apex tel., Somedutt Plaza,Mall Road Kanpur.
However they alliged a charge of tempering the set , though on my request the Manager Nokia Care Centre , Chunni Ganj informed them well
Still the set is with Nokia Care Centre ,the Mall Kanpur
I AM STILL IN DARK WHY FOR MY SET IS NOT BEING REPAIRED PROPERLY THOUGH IT IS WELL IN GUARANTEE AND SEEN ONLY BY THE AUTHORIZED NOKIA CARE CENTRES.
