I purchased Electrolux Microwave oven from Metro cash and carry kanakapura road Bangalore as on 19th February 2006 by paying Rs. 5790/- which has the warranty period of 1 year. Within 3 months after purchasing the microwave is stopped working. We gave the several complaints to Electrolux service center and they have given the complaint number 20156 dated 9th June 2006.But no action was taken, when we threaten to go to consumer court they sent an technician and he took some component from the oven to replace but the technician did not return from one month. We always get the same response that is some PCB component is not available in stock and would be replaced as soon we get it every time we contact service center. We are suffering form last 6 months.
