I had applied for a TataIndicom Walky connection ,through one of your Sales Executive,Mr.Vikram Balaji.Actually i needed internet connection,but i was mislead by sales person that its necessary to take a phone connection for getting broad band connection.
I had applied for connection on 8th december 2006.I also submitted all the relevant documents(pan card xerox,address proof etc..).I gave 500Rs as deposit also.I was assured that i would get the connection within 2 working days.But its already been 20 days ,but i still don have the status of my connection.I am trying call the Sales Executive Mr.Vikram,but he is avoiding me ,either not picking up my call or saying that hes in meeting every time.Well i called up customer care also n gave a complaint against him,i was assured that i would see some improvement in the status of my connection within 24hrs.But its already more than 56 hrs ,nothing has happened.Also,when i call up customer care they say that my application number is not valid n they give someother number n ask me to call there.Well i am totally frustated with them.
Now, i would like to cancel my connection and want my deposit back.He had also collected my documents and 50 Rs as his charges.Well i want money along with the documents back.I would take a serious action if my documents are misused in any way.
