We had an TATA INDICOM internet connection for the period of 26/11/06 to 26/12/06 for a period of 1 month.

I have had an experice of your worst service in that month.
Actually we deposited total amount of 2400/- bycheque.
In the whole month said above we have availed of your internet service hardly for 7 days..
Even after contacting hundreds of times to your customer care,they never cared for complaint.
We demanded for the extension of net connection for 20 more days as it worked for only 7 days,
So one day we got call from tata indicom that our account has been extended for 20 days.
But now i came to know that they never extended the account.They just said it for the time being.
So now, i request you to either refund the whole money or give the proper service.Daily we are calling your
customer care(which is not a toll free num and we have wasted a lot of money on that) .Those people are not responding at all.
I request you to extend the internet connection by 20 days or please refund the amount.
If this time the proper action is not taken, i will make sure that i wil go to the consumer court and wil also publish in the
newspaper about your WORST internet service .
