I had visited Muthoot Honda dealership today, 1st Jan, with my friend to take delivery of his bike. While we were seated there, a lady, whom I presume is top management/dealer, came and all staff went off for a meeting. They had some meeting where they took New Year resolutions and stuff. Good from a motivation point of view, but we and two other customers were made to wait for a good 35 minutes. When we asked for a suggestion/complaint book to record this, we were told no such things are available. We have recorded our complaint in a white paper and handed over. We reached the showroom at 11:45 am, and took delivery of vehicle at 1: 25 pm.
Kindly educate your dealer that customer comes first, middle and last.
