my name is Devesh Rakhecha. I bought a Nokia N73 on 7/09/2006 from Suresh Depptl. Store , Jodhpur for RS. 26000. It had some maufacturing defects as the cameraa was not working. so on 15/09/2006 i submittd it to SIMPLEX NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE ,jodhpur ( Jobsheet no.085434038/060915).
Since then they have not delivered my phone to me.I have contacted many times to their concered executives like Pawan Bora, Manoj Wadhwa and BHarat Mallik. THey all gave me false commitments which were never fulfilled. I even contacted to there helpline nos. and registered my comlaint ( id no. 2-1LJ4ND) but nothing ever happened.
Even this all affected my CA final exams held in November,06 and ICWA exams held in December,2006
now the price of a new Nokia N73 is Rs. 21000 only. When i spoke to concerned persons of NOKIA about this, they told me that this is nothing but Depreciation of USING THE PRODUCT. I m extreemely confused that why should i bear this as i havent used the phone at all. It is in their service centre since it is purchased.
i has to go through a lot of mental harrashment and inconvenience because of NOKIA. I would like to request you to help me in the matter.
