Sub : A complaint from consumer of BSNL Mobile Shri Kaushik H. Dhamecha, Rajkot, regarding GPRS setting (PC Connection)

Dear Sir,

According to the letter of 11-12-2006 written to BSNL the person he holds a seem card of BSNL Mobile No : 9427729678. Though he sent messages for GPRS activation on 04-12-2006 and 05-12-2006 and then contacted the customer care many times unitl no acdtions have been taken in this regards so far for P.C. setting.

The BSNL requested to do the needful at once to avoid further dealigns in the matter.
