Sir my complaint # is 2428MW835064
This complaint has been sent to u on the 26th Dec.
This is a follow up mail in connection with the Tata indica that i purchased from ur dealer M/s Kulathunkal Motors...
As I had mentioned earlier , I had purchased the car on 04th Nov by availing of a loan from the State Bank. The Marketing executive with whom we were dealing is one Mr Binu.
Even though it is been almost 2 months , the insurance papers , invoice and the 3rd key of the car has till date not been delivered to the Bank. We have repeatedly contacted the dealers and requested them to hand over the same to the Bank as we are being constantly called up from the Bank for these papers. I am a Chartered Accountant of some repute and I donot wish to be reminded by the bank. The delay is due to the inefficiency on the part of the staff of M/s Kulathunkal motors.
I request you to kindly instruct them to do the needful at the earliest.

I checked the status of my complaint , but the response is that it has not been accepted. May i kn ow the reason ?
i wud be grateful if u cud look into my complaint and take action.
