I opted for the broadband internet with 256kbps speed with unlimited access and 1gb download per month. But the speed is really pathetic. Everyday i check the speed and the speed varies from 20kbps to 59kbps. The maximum speed of the internet I received till the date is 59kbps which is not even comparable to that I was assured for (ie-256kbps).
Further, the internet connection is not constant. It gets disconnected every 5 mins and remains disconnected for least a hour. For the past 15 days, the connection goes off whole night starting from 8pm to 9am in the morning.
Every day I make call to the customer care and also I had visited their corporate office at:
5th floor, Bhartiya Tower
The custoemr care people are really sick. They neither understand your problem rather answer in a stupid manner as they are mocking at you.
I have to make internet calls to US to my client and I have alreay lost a huge aamount of revenue for this non connectivity.
|Solution of your complaint||A good internet speed more than 150kbps and uninterupted service and compensaton for the losses and for the mental harrasment. |
|Action||I would go to the court and am having a good contact with the media (some good news channels). I would rather take this issue to public so that the company would loose its goodwill. |
