I recharge my mobile based on a 2007 offer by airtel. But my mobile does not get charged as per the talktime and validity mentioned in the scheme. On asking reason, they say that it was due to payment from an online account. This is a serious case of how Airtel is fooling customers, when it was nowhere mentioned that the payment cant be made through online account. Ridiculous treatment by customer care executives. On top of this, their customer care number 121 is out of service for a long time, so no help for customers. Even the mail bounces back from the customer care mail id. Ridiculous to the core!
