I have a decade old Mobile connection no.9810776285.
One year back i had converted my prepaid connection to Post paid.
But excessive billing changed my mind to go back the prepaid one.
Accordingly I had submitted the request to re connvert the my mobile services from post piad to pre paid connection.
The request was submitted to Sector -14 office of Gurgaon-Haryana on 9th January-07 at 12:00 hrs.
However the despite follow up even after 3 days mobile services has not been re storted.
What is so great technica/ legal formalities are required to change a connection from post paid to pre paid that it takes this much time.
When connection is 10 year old and all required formalities ( ID proof , photo form filling etc )were re submitted as required by Air tel. This delay is quite disgugusting.
