I purchased a nokia mobile model 6280 on 27th
october 2006 for 14300rs from global access,
bangalore. Just after a month, the mobile had a problem with phone
memory and most of the applications were not working .
I gave the mobile for servicing on 14th december
2006 at Nokia care (Advanced Technoline Services,
India Nagar) bangalore.Till now i havenot got back my phone. I called the service
centre and customer care for many times. But they keep on
repeating the same words that they ask me to call
after 2 days. On 10th Jan 2007, I called Nokia service
centre and they told me, I would get the phone on 24th
January 2007 only if they got the spare parts, but the
delivery is not guaranteed.
This is my jobsheet no:201343506/061214/4 & compliant
no:2-1QVLRP. There is no coordination between nokia
service centre and customer care. Customer care people
told me, my mobile is at Bangalore only and it will be
repaired soon.
But nokia service centre people said that they have
sent the mobile to Hyderabad for replacement.
Previously they told they have sent my mobile to
Chennai for repairing. Sometimes they rudely spoke
with me and asked me to take back my mobile without
repairing.
Both are telling different stories and cheating the
customer. Nokia customer care/service centre is very
bad in response and not telling the exact status of
mobile and sometimes they are speaking very rudely.
I have no faith whether i will get my phone or not. 

Solution of your complaintnew phone should be given as replacement 
Actionwill approach consumer forum for futher resolution
