I purchased a nokia mobile model 6280 on 27th
october 2006 for 14300rs from global access,
bangalore. Just after a month, the mobile had a problem with phone
memory and most of the applications were not working .
I gave the mobile for servicing on 14th december
2006 at Nokia care (Advanced Technoline Services,
India Nagar) bangalore.Till now i havenot got back my phone. I called the service
centre and customer care for many times. But they keep on
repeating the same words that they ask me to call
after 2 days. On 10th Jan 2007, I called Nokia service
centre and they told me, I would get the phone on 24th
January 2007 only if they got the spare parts, but the
delivery is not guaranteed.
