Complaint Details

I visited Bhubaneswar on 6th Jan by Air Sahara and my return ticket was on 14th Jan on Air Sahara flight S2 6315 G at 1550.
On 14th Jan when I reached at Bhubaneswar airport at 1430, came to know that the flight has rescheduled and has left for the day at 1300.
This has not been intimated to me although my contact number was given while booking the ticket. Due to this inconvenience given by Air Sahara airways I missed one of my meeting on Monday morning and forced to stay at Bhubaneswar for 1 more day which again an additional expenditure to me.
Air Sahara airways has not satisfied me (a customer) by not informing the passenger while rescheduling the flight. Again they have not arranged any thing to send me to Hyderabad on 14th Jan; due to which I faced numerous problems.

Here are the details of my ticket.

Solution of your complaintI should get the penalty money and they should take care of this thing in future so that none of their customer will get this kind of problem
